North Yorkshire is my county, and I am a professionally trained photographer with over 15 years experience living and working in this area.

Yorkshire is a beautiful county and I feel very lucky to be able to photograph weddings at so many wonderful venues. Please click on "Sample Wedding Photos" to see examples of the natural and relaxed style I take to photographing weddings.

If you click on "Handy venues with sample photographs", you will see many of these venues including the Yorkshire Dales. I use the very latest Nikon equipment which enables me to photograph most of the time without flash, which means I am able to maintain a natural and relaxed style to photographing your special day.

I am local to Thirsk and Northallerton , but cover the whole of North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Teesside and County Durham. I also take on commissions around the country, and internationally, subject to negotiation.

Unlike many photographers, I do not believe that I am the most important person at your wedding! It is YOUR BIG DAY and I am there to make sure that you have a professional record to cherish and look back on.

My approach is organised, but relaxed. My aim is not to boss you around, but to record your special occasion in a natural and relaxed manner, so that the end result will show happiness and spontaneity in yourselves and your relatives and guests.

I provide a personal service -

first visiting you in the comfort of your own home
bringing examples of my work from previous weddings I have undertaken
discussing all the various options and styles
And endeavouring to provide answers to all the questions you might have

After the function I will personally deliver your finished album at a time to suit you - I am not a nine to five worker!

Most of my work comes from word of mouth and recommendations, something I am very proud of.
